This website is owned and run by Federal Industrial Corporation (SEFCO), located at 8 El Farouk Omar St, Qubaa City, Gesr El Suez, Cairo, Egypt (“SEFCO”, “we”). By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.
02 What the website is for
The website introduces SEFCO and its services: lift supply and installation, maintenance, modernisation, emergency service and technical consulting.
The information on the website, including indicative dimensions, typical stages and general explanations, is general guidance. It does not replace a site survey or technical advice for your building.
03 Quote requests and offers
- Sending a form is a request to be contacted. It is not a contract and not a binding offer from either side.
- The website does not show prices, because the price depends on the building, the shaft and the lift required.
- The written technical and financial offer issued after the site survey is the reference for price and specifications, and the terms of any contract are those of the written contract signed by both parties.
04 Your commitments
- Give accurate information in the forms.
- Use only a phone number and email address you are entitled to use.
- Do not send other people’s data without their permission.
05 Emergency line and safety
The emergency line is for reporting lift breakdowns and people trapped in a lift. If someone is trapped, they should stay in the car with the doors closed until the technician arrives. Do not try to force the doors open or pull anyone out.
If there is a danger to life, such as a fire, an injury or a medical emergency, call the official emergency services first: Civil Protection 180, Ambulance 123, Police 122.
06 Intellectual property
The texts, design, logo and trademark on this website belong to SEFCO or are used under licence. The photographs are used under the Unsplash licence. You may not copy or reuse the content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
07 Acceptable use
You may not try to access the website’s systems without permission, send malicious software or spam through it, interfere with how it works, or impersonate another person. Such acts may be crimes under the Anti-Cyber and Information Technology Crimes Law No. 175 of 2018.
