About · Since 1995

Every lift keeps a logbook. Ours has been open since 1995.

SEFCO, the Federal Industrial Corporation, is a team of specialised engineers who supply, install, maintain and modernise lifts in every kind of building across Egypt: villas, towers, company headquarters and institutions.

Who we are

One company, one signature on every page of the lift's life.

We started in 1995 as an installation and maintenance team. Today we look after the lift from the first shaft measurement to the last maintenance visit.

We work with property owners and developers, engineers and consulting firms, and owners’ associations and building managers. Each gets what they need: a clear offer with a supply schedule tied to construction phases, dimensions and drawings ready for design, or a monthly maintenance contract and an upgrade instead of a full replacement.

Because one company is responsible for the lift for its whole life, and every visit is written into its record, nothing in its history gets lost, whoever visits next.

handovers between companies. The company responsible for your lift on day one is still responsible years later, and its full record is kept in one place.

How we work

The checklist we sign on every job.

A job is not finished until these six points are met. They are the same for a new installation, a maintenance visit and a modernisation.

Safety first

We install and upgrade to EN 81-20/50, and no lift is handed over before its safety tests.

Genuine parts

Only genuine spare parts, in installation and in maintenance.

A written report after every visit

You know what was checked, what was fixed and what needs watching.

A full record for every lift

Every visit, fault and replaced part is logged, so any technician who visits knows the lift’s full history.

A schedule tied to construction

You know from the start what happens at each stage and who is responsible.

Honest advice

If an old lift can be saved by replacing the machine, controller or car, we tell you before we suggest a full replacement.
